This is a garage that stood alongside the street and was renovated into an entertainment room. The client is a harness horse race lover. This was a challenge because not only was it outdoors - but the material I painted on was a clapboard very porous finish. It not only soaked up the paint quickly and more had to be applied, but every 5 inches was a half in indented groove. I had to paint that groove with a fine thin brush to get the mural to look like it was on a flat surface. The horses and carriage were life size and the scene continued on two walls, even around the large picture window on the side, it looks like the horse's body.
